BM Design Studio was founded by Eng. Beshoy Magdy to bring architectural discipline to interior work — and to make the result visible before it is built.
Beshoy trained as an architect before moving into interiors, and that training still shapes the work: plans are resolved before finishes, circulation before decoration, and light before colour.
Over twelve years he has delivered apartments, villas, offices and cafés across Cairo, Alexandria and the Delta — always with the same method: a written brief, a resolved plan, a photoreal render, and supervision on site until handover.
The studio stays deliberately small. Beshoy leads every project personally, which is why the number of commissions taken each year is limited.

Discovery
We measure the space, listen to how you live, and agree the brief in writing before drawing a single line.
Concept
Layout options, mood boards and a material direction — the idea that everything else will answer to.
3D Visualization
Photoreal renders in real light, so you approve the room rather than a drawing of it.
Execution & Supervision
Tendering, weekly site visits and a snag list at handover. The design is protected to the last detail.
